Ok, seriously folks. For breakfast I had a slice of vegan apple pie and OJ. I need a health intervention!!! SOS!! sending up a flare! Isn't there anyone else who's a lazy vegan? Can ANYONE relate? I didn't become vegan for health reasons. (Obviously! LOL!)I need some feedback/advice on how to EAT BETTER, as a vegan. thank you so much. -Namaste
