Oregon!

Oregon is a good place for all veg*ns, compared to a lot of other places. Eugene is ranked the 2nd most vegetarian friendly town in America. There's lots of eat out options such as Cafe Yumm, Rattatouie, Sun Dance and many more!

Anyone else going to this? Admission is free, as are the speakers & demo's. There are often lots of free product samples too!

Any Vegans in Southern Oregon? I've converted 4 people to Veganism so far, but I never heard of any other Vegans who were here before I went Vegan. Just curious if there are any Vegans down here I haven't met yet.

So... I have lots of great coupons to share. Many are from the Portland, Oregon Chinook book: http://pdx.chinookbook.net - is anyone local to me that would want to meet up & get/swap coupons? I'm also interested in getting coupons to and from folks from outside of my area, esp. folks with Seattle and/or SF Bay area Chinook Book coupons. Let me know!

Hi!

Last night was so hectic at the R & B that I have no idea if anyone from here came out. Did you? I'd like to see folks meeting up so please add your input about days, times, locations & activities!

For me, Wednesday in the late afternoon or evening is generally best. I'd enjoy doing some dinner meetings and I know of a number of places offering inexpensive ($6 or less) meals. Going on urban walks and/or nature hikes also sounds great.

How about you?
