I almost never eat raw breakfasts, because I can never think of what to make... Does anyone have any good recipes?

Banana, orange, tangerine or other fruits like mango, apple, pineapple, berries make a fast, easy and delicious breakfast.

If I get more time in the morning I will blend up spinach or kale with banana, berries and chia seed for a nutritious smoothie.

But I usually snak on fruits or have a sip of my GS during the morning, not a formal breakfast...

I ALWAYS have a smoothie for breakfast! Sometimes I also have a bowl of fruit, depending on how I feel. Check out the YouTube channel EasyToBeRaw. She has some awesome smoothie recipes on there.

Smoothies are good for breakfast as they are easy to digest and nutritious, juices too. But if you want something more substantial you can make a yummy raw muesli:

Chia muesli

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. sunflower seeds

1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp. shelled hemp seeds

1 tbsp. goji berries

1 tbsp. raisins

1 tbsp. chopped unsulphured dried apricots or dates

1 tbsp. maca

Almond milk to cover

Put everything in a bowl, mix and leave to soak for 20 mins or more (the longer the better here). The chia seeds will expand as they absorb the milk so keep adding more and stirring until you have the consistency you like. Then top with some chopped banana. You can add / take things away, nice things to try are some carob or cacao powder mixed in for a chocolaty taste, probiotic powder, grated apple, berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, the list is endless. Use whatever you have or you feel like on the day.

I normally start with warm water, juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper mixed up. That's as soon as I wake up and a real kick start to the day. Then I'd normally have apple juice or watermelon smoothie for breakfast. This has been working for me and keeps me energetic and satisfied until lunch. 

I have to try the muesli recipe. That looks really good!
