Just realised that, to save on duplication, we should really be copying these recipes, as discussions, onto the recipes group (well, it does have over 400 members, so they'll get better exposure). We can still link to them on here.

Hello...more about haggis:
I love Stahly Vegetarian Haggis. It's a British brand, but they do make/sell it here in the US. The vegan mall here in PDX sells it, as do a bunch of online places and some of the local Scottish shops.
It's so good...!

I've had the veggie haggis!! They sell it in the supermarkets here in the UK, and I bought one to celebrate Burns night. It was a while ago, but I remember it consisting mostly of oatmeal, and tasting quite nice. It could have done with a little more seasoning for my liking, but then British food is pretty bland! (I speak from the experience of my upbringing!) Haggis is traditionally served with "neeps and tatties" (mashed potatoes and turnips), and washed down with plenty of scotch whisky.

For sure, those 3 options would be part of the menu plan too....

Hey Mr. Cozy, you stole my idea :-p

OK, my other idea is that each dish would be available in 3 options - all vegan:
- Regular
- Gluten free
- Raw

If I had lots of money, I would open a vegan restaurant with a variety of international cuisines, like Indian, Thai, Chinese, Cajun, Mexican, Greek/Middle Eastern, Italian , British/Irish and American/Canadian vegan food....
