Hi Makenzie, and welcome to Volentia. We've over 1,250 teen members, 700+ in the US alone (including some in 'IA' and 'Iowa'), so I'm sure you can make some veg friends :-)

Im 16, and have been a vegetarian for 5 years :)
I was vegan from 14-15 and then stopped and am starting again as of today. But ALWAYS vegetarian! <3 I know hardly ANY vegetarians (aside my mom, vegetarian of 2 years) and really would love to get to know people with the same interests as me!

You're in luck Colton, we've over 1,000 CA registered members, you can modify that search to find people by location, age, gender, etc. ;-)

I don't think 18 or 19 year-olds should be considered adults. I know looots of them who give me a lot of reasons to think so.

I know no veg teens in rel life, at all, so this site is really nice. I was a lacto-vegetarian two weeks ago, vegetarian now and almost a vegan, I'm getting there.

In my country, I'm officially and legally an adult, but I'm nine-TEEN so I am a teenager and I totally feel like one! I actually wish I could stay one forever.

i dont understand why teens these days hate to be a vegetarian and also finds someone who is vegetarian innsult or make him try to eat meat thats bad we should leave every humans to servive
