Many of you prospective parents may find this half hour documentary of particular interest, as they interview 2 pairs of 1970s vegan parents who are raising young vegan children in it.

I love being a pregnant vegan! I a super healthy and so is my baby! My iron levels are great and my midwifes don't even flinch at the thought of me being vegan.
