I LOVE how yoga makes me feel-how it centers me, quiets my mind and rejuvenates my body.
Lock your knees. Lock your knees. Lock your knees!!
And change. ;o)
@Lisa, I practice YB since last christmas, I try to attend at least 3 courses a week, but days are damn too short :)
One with the mind, the body and the breath!
It really was awesome, Tracey, I really need to seek out something similar locally.
Also did a bit of Falun Gong (slightly like Tai Chi) with some friends in India. I badly hurt my wrist but after an hour or two of Falun Gong it was totally fine again! Has anyone tried it?
Alessandro, how long you been doing Bikram?
Yes, doubles, are when we do back to back classes. We do doubles when we feel that the room wasn't hot enough during the first class or just because we get energized from the first class, we want to do it again. The bonus is, if you do a double, you don't have to pay for the second class! Gotta Love that. :)
Yes, I love Bikram Yoga!!! I have a yoga buddy and sometimes we will do doubles. Such a wonderful feeling.
