What's up you guys? I'm Hugh, lead guitar for Orange Hour. You can listen to us right here on my page. I recently went vegetarian and have never felt so healthy and pure. I guess I'm just looking to expand my horizons on what it is to live the veggie lifestyle. I'm totally open to meeting new people and learning new things. Polyphasic Sleep

While talking to my former psych professor about sleep disorders, we stumbled onto Polyphasic Sleep. Basically, what it is is the age old theory of taking 20-30 minute naps every four hours or so to achieve more waking time every day, thus making you more productive.
I want to give it a try, starting in the upcoming weeks.

I've been vegetarian for coming on four months now. I know it's not drastically long, but I've changed a lot in who I am in the last four months. When I say I'm a vegetarian, I usually follow it with another statement. Here are some of mine, I'd like to hear some of yours.
